Refund policy

You are eligible for a full refund only if the item has not shipped. Once the item has been shipped, all sales are final, no refunds, no returns. 

Items ship within 24-48 hours of purchase. If shipping is delayed, you will be notified via email on file of the delay and eta. If you do not provide an email, we are not responsible for missed communications.
